The Mastermind Records Ltd is an entertainment management orientated company, with its major focus on music, dance, entertainment events and fashion. With many years of experience, devotion, dedication and commitment, TMRL is determined to provide revolutionary entertainment to everyone home and abroad. The company is currently being superintend by Captain Hood.
Edejoro Emmanuel Ubietu, born and raised in Lagos State, Nigeria. Became known as Captain Hood after becoming Dance Ambassador for Guinness Africa and his country Nigeria in 2009, showcasing outstanding dance routines and great team work with his group of dancers called Streethood Dance Crew. They won the Season 2 of the biggest African dance competition titled Malta Guinness Street Dance Africa. After his ambassadorship ended in 2010 with Guinness, considering the power of natural leadership he possesses with his achievement, Emmanuel was very motivated and traveled outside his comfort zone to challenge his knowledge and passion for futuristic management opportunities by acquiring a B.A Hons Event Management from Limkokwing University Of Creative Technology in 2014. His endless love for good music, has brought out not only the best dance moves from him but also led Emmanuel to recording his first Song Titled Talking To You, produced by one of the most popular music producers in Nigeria called Only1Sarz, during his internship for Music Production in 2014 before graduating. Only1Sarz has produced major hits for the likes of Drake, Wizkid, and more outstanding Artist.
In 2015, Streetkings Dance Army was established, his former team mates went their separate ways before he returned from Malaysia after his studies, dividing their intentions and attention towards their own purposes in life. This did not make Captain give up on his dreams, so a new dance army was raised from scratch. From Nigeria Next Top Super Model shows to Fashion week, City Carnivals and Festivals, Captain Hood and StreetKings Dance Army has made major statements letting the entertainment industry understand his mission as an entertainer. In 2017, He registered and licensed a recording management company called The Mastermind Records Ltd, with intentions to raise the bar beyond limits.
In December 2017, in an attempt to break Guinness World Records with Streetkings Dance Army for the Longest Dance Marathon Performed By A Team. The attempt was for 10 days, but we completed 7 days successfully!
I'm very lucky and blessed to be doing what I love as my profession. This job allows me to travel and meet new people all the time. I hope to be able to work with people who love what they do as well!
